Terms of use

A short, readable statement of what this publication is, what it is not, and what you can rely on it for.

What this site is

This is a product review publication written by one person. Reviews describe hands-on testing at a stated point in time, under stated conditions, and every review records both.

It is not a comparison engine, a broker, an agent, an introducer or an adviser. No product is recommended to you personally, because nothing here knows anything about you.

Accuracy and timeliness

Prices, fees, rates, terms and eligibility criteria change without notice and vary by market. Every factual claim in a review is dated, and every source records the date it was read — use those dates to judge whether the information is still current.

Reasonable care is taken to be accurate, and verified errors are corrected within 48 hours with a public changelog entry. Notwithstanding that, information is provided as-is and you should confirm anything that matters against the provider's own documents before acting on it.

No advice, no liability for decisions

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Decisions you make about financial products are yours, and their consequences are yours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for loss arising from reliance on the content of this site. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid to access this site, which is nothing.

Commercial relationships

Some links earn a commission. Every affected page carries a disclosure above the article body, and every commercial link carries rel="sponsored nofollow" in the page source.

A commercial relationship never determines a verdict. The full policy, including what happens when a verdict is downgraded, is on the disclosure page.

Copyright and permitted use

All content is copyright of the publisher. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the original page.

You may not republish reviews in full, use the content to train a commercial model, or present the material as your own. Requests for syndication or licensing go to the editorial address.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Nothing here removes any statutory consumer right you have in your own country of residence.

Licensing and syndication requests: editorial@verdictdesk.com. These terms are a template reflecting standard practice; have them reviewed by a qualified lawyer before relying on them.
